In the never-ending pursuit of excellence in household appliances through top quality materials, customised products and new technologies, Scholtès strives to give its customers the best at home experience.

This is the reason why we choose to support the rising star Manassero, the youngest winner of the European Tour history, and golf, the noblest of sports, where every attention to detail, precision and concentration can change the outcome of a game, just like Scholtès, through these features, can change the way you live.

The aim of Fairway to Excellence is to give our readers a full and detailed experience of the world of golf from everyday training to the Scholtès Golf Clinic through Manassero's eyes.

Golf is all about excellence: before swinging the club there’s a small lapse of time that lasts forever in the mind of the golfer. That is the exact moment when he needs to concentrate, in order to deliver his best shot, to aim for perfection and put the ball into the hole in one, brilliant, swing.

That attention to details, that swing that seems to last forever is Scholtès’ commitment to its clients, a promise to always aim for perfection and never miss a shot.

The World’s Most Dangerous Golf Course is a flat one-hole course with a 3 par.
Hardly noteworthy, right?
It’s located at Camp Bonifas, an American army outpost in the Demilitarized Zone between North and South Korea. Golfing next to a contended border is pretty special into itself.
Here’s the kicker, though— If you get a bit closer, you’ll notice the warning sign: DANGER! DO NOT RETRIEVE BALLS FROM THE ROUGH LIVE MINEFIELDS
Guess that gives a whole new meaning to not shanking your ball!

Luke Donald is back on top!
Donald’s 3rd place finish at the Zurich Classic in New Orleans this weekend brought him back the title of No. 1 golfer in the world, after Rory McIlroy snatched it out from under him last month. All bets are off as to how long he’ll be able to hold on to it, however. If McIlroy manages a top seven finish at the Wells Fargo Championship, Donald will have to cede the title again.
